Why do some of your products included plastic?
It is a very rare exception when we decide to carry a product with some plastic included. But when we do, it's because we feel it is the absolute best option on the market for the product, and a huge improvement from the norm.
For products where it is difficult to find a 100% plastic-free alternative for, we feel it is better to offer the best possible alternative than no alternative at all, even if there is a bit of plastic involved.
Why does my order arrive in different deliveries?
We’d like to send your order to you as soon as possible. Sometimes this can mean that an order is shipped in multiple parcels, or from multiple warehouse locations.
You can check the status of your multiple parcels with the tracking numbers.
Why does my order arrive in different deliveries?
If the order has been sent in different parcels, then the delivery note will detail the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of the order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be delivered on different dates. If you still need assistance after checking, please contact our Customer Service team. Please include your order number and full details of what hasn't arrived so we can help you faster.
Why hasn't my order arrived/ I haven't received my package?
CSM STUDIO is not liable for any packages lost that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer.
What's the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to our Customer Service team.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, if you'd like to add on products, please send us an email at contact@csm-studio.com. If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
What is the processing time for orders?
Processing time is typically within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales, promotions, and holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship worldwide!. Please note, our customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes that may be incurred.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
